Many of us these days, have the feeling that we need to be doing something and keeping ‘busy’ constantly. This is particularly amplified in the world of business, as the year is starting to close in on us and deadlines need to be met. The lead up to Christmas has seen a few of my clients literally breakdown in my practice from stress, anxiety, and frustration all due to work!
As much as I do my best to help a client in need, I can’t help wondering if they would truly commit to taking a day of giving themselves a real ‘break’.
My specialist work in executive nutrition saw me having a wonderful meeting with So Spa (Sofitel Singapore) this week, with the outcome being the opportunity to collaborate with them in providing workshops and nutrition consultations for their members. The first of these sessions is 10.30am Dec 10th 2015. I encourage those of you living in Singapore, whose efforts to stay fit and healthy are sabotaged by frequent travel, restaurant and workshop meals, and late night deadlines..to feel empowered by enjoying a day of yoga, morning tea and learning how to build a healthy relationship with food. I will be holding a Nutrition Workshop at the Garden restaurant on 10 December 2015, Thursday after the Yoga lesson, as well as being available for private consultation on appointment –basis on same day.
